Chalmers Learning Commons, Kuggen, Lindholmsplatsen 1
The number of passengers using railway network systems such as trains and trams continues to increase in our society, which increases the demands on operators to deliver high-quality transport services.
In this lecture, PhD student Dimosthenis Floros discusses how computational railway mechanics can lead to fewer interruptions in railway traffic, thus increase reliability, punctuality and safety.
Kuggfrågan is a lecture series where Ph.D. students present their research in a popular scientific way. The speech is 15 minutes and afterwards the audience can ask questions.
