European Innovation Partnership on Smart Cities and Communities
Outreach to regions and cities is a key priority. Directorate-General Mobility and Transport together with the EIP action cluster sustainable urban mobility and the city of Gothenburg, invites all committed partners of the EIP Smart Cities, particularly partners from Scandinavian and Baltic States, as well as those interested to join to exchange information and discuss how to take forward innovations in smart electro-mobility and smart mobility services.
Objectives:
Action cluster initiatives shall create sufficient pace, scale and impact on the implementation of integrated solutions, enabling replicability and collaboration.
This meeting will:
- Provide participants with an opportunity to network and get an overview of successful smart urban mobility projects and solutions
- Inform about the current status of EIP implementation
- Discuss promising solutions; opportunities and routes to scaling up ("what?")
- Discuss expectations and benefits of creating a common market and support scaling of action cluster initiatives ("how?").
