In this morning session, we focus on cultural differences, issues of diversity, and intercultural communication techniques to strengthen the cooperation and relationships within team.

Conflict management
In this afternoon session we focus on practical ways to stop conflict escalation, see beyond right and wrong and handle differences constructively.

- Finding agreeable and new innovative solutions.
